Master Bedroom

We understand that your bedroom should be your personal space where you can relax and for few moments forget the pressures and cares of the world about you. Let us help you create that comfortable space for your personal relaxation.

We have bedrooms of all types. From a basic metal or wood sets to ornate mansion sets with specialty intricate detail, inlaid woods, and stone tops!

Whatever your desire and budget, we have or can get a set that will match your taste at a price you can afford.

Like all of our furniture and bedding, our prices are 30 - 50% or more belowthe "quality furniture store" prices...and ours is the same or often better quality furniture. We are not talking the junk sold at some of those furniture stores, we mean those stores who actually carry the items and quality of furniture that you really want but don't feel comfortable spending that kind of cash. Come see us! You will be amazed at the difference, in price, quality, and service!

When shopping for Bedroom furniture there are a few items and terms you should be familiar with. Here are a few quick tips, orcall and/or come see us for more information.

"Quality man made materials" - this refers to products that are made generally for economy and very cost conscious consumers. This category of furniture includes bonded paper, corrugated and press woods, MDF and other fiber board construction. While these types of material may be made to appear as quality furniture, and in fact are used by some national retailers in their medium and upper end furniture to cut manufacturing costs, these materials are not as stable or durable as real solid wood products. They are fine for basic furniture that will be assembled once and never moved and will never get wet. These will loosen and eventually fail under other circumstances. This is not to say you should avoid these materials, but be aware what you are buying and spend accordingly.

Wood, wood solids, solid wood, and veneers-These terms are all used to describe medium to high end furniture construction. Due to the increasing pressure on world forests and improved technology, techniques have been developed to use more than just the highest quality center grain wood from trees to make quality solid wood products. Some people become concerned when they hear the term wood solids or veneers as they remember when veneers or other thin coatings were used over press board and often over time would delaminate or separate. This is a legitimate concern still when looking at man made materials, but veneers and inlays have also been used for decades in the highest quality furniture. Today with much improved bonding agents, veneers combined with wood solids can actually make a stronger, more durable and more attractive product than solid wood by itself. By using quality veneers over wood solids the best grain can be extended to all four sides of a board. Traditionally less attractive edge grain can be made to match the quality grain surface and structural integrity can be maintained. Don't be scared off when you hear the terms, just make sure they are hardwood solids not over man made materials when looking at higher quality furniture.
